In response to my “administrative” request on April 1, 2025 for an an “event log” covering the 2025 First quarter for our home in Marion, Ms Robin Buhor and Gary Bendiksen teamed up and discovered a method to produce the spreadsheet log as requested. They also overserved while polling your (my) panel we lost connection a couple of times. We did a status for the Cellular communicator and the signal strength is currently weak. We will monitor your Cellular unit this week and if the signal strength does not improve, we will contact you for service.” Such attentiveness and monitoring combined with a follow up action plan is reassuring. We are grateful for the quality of service.

Wayne Electric and Alarm First, I want to thank you for quickly addressing the issue with my security camera system. Your tech was competent and professional. He addressed the issue at hand and provided the necessary communication. Since 2020, we have been doing business with Wayne Electric and Alarm and I wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU! You are one of the few companies out there today that a Customer can call, and you show up and meet the client’s needs and expectations. Your employees show professionalism and provide the customer with the necessary customer service weather its dealing with an alarm system, working alongside another vendor for an install, or dealing with a security camera system issue.
